Most Recent Filed Federal Tax Return (all pages) – 2024

Most recent 2 months statements from all asset accounts (Checking, savings, retirement, etc. – All Pages)
Identification Documentation for each of the adult Household Members (Government-issued photo ID). Housekeys will complete an initial review.
Initial Eligibility Review and Full Review by HouseKeys:
